Moving against the side of the cliff, he finds a nice area that angles inwards and offers a bit of shelter and drops the sticks in a pile there, eyeing them for a good minute.
It's a moment of deep thought before he finally crouches and pulls out a blade and gets on starting the fire. NOT REALLY SURE HOW THIS WORKS SO JUST IMAGINE HIM STRUGGLING WITH IT HERE...]
