[A really, really rough guess, considering how much they've been able to travel by jeep or with the help of super powered individuals. Moving against the side of the cliff, he finds a nice area that angles inwards and offers a bit of shelter and drops the sticks in a pile there, eyeing them for a good minute.
It's a moment of deep thought before he finally crouches and pulls out a blade and gets on starting the fire. NOT REALLY SURE HOW THIS WORKS SO JUST IMAGINE HIM STRUGGLING WITH IT HERE...]
[D hums, noncommittal and clearly not very pleased with the prospect of hiking in the snow for a few Ajna days. At least in Sector Z they'd had supplies and fire users, and not - whatever Mikael's trying to do with the sticks.
Helpful as always, D does not offer a hand, but instead nudges some little stones away from a spot on the ground and takes a seat. He'll wait, leaning his chin on his hand and looking out and away from their chosen spot.]
Away from here. [sigh...] Such a shame; perhaps we could have gotten a ride, if I'd had a moment with it away from all the— excitement.
