The only reason to play with 'what ifs' is while planning out how a job might change midway through. He'll humor Hisoka, sort of, in the way that he never actually outright tells him to stop it but also doesn't play along- that's fine. He's humoring the heels right now by not pointing out that they're a travesty.

Calling him sweet just rolls right off him, too. Funny... Leaving aside whether or not 'memorable' is even a compliment, because it could go either way.

"Ah?" Oh- is there a difference between the two? He'd been assuming Hisoka pointed him at things he liked without further specifics. He blinks, looks at Hisoka, looks away- does it actually matter? Tedious- "It's that different? Both."
