Okay, he's going back to change now, which takes some considerable amounts of effort given he has only one available hand to do it and all of him is sore in some way or another. He makes it into sweatpants and sort of, mostly into a t-shirt, which doesn't work, so he tries a button down instead...
Maybe if he just... buttons this around his arm... not that he's very competent at buttoning one-handed, but he gets it mostly done. Yes, this is perfect.
