[Reim is gone in an instant and Zelos' world turns upside down a little too literally. His heart sinks first, and then his body does, and he slams against something hard before his legs get hooked around something and his upper body flips downward...
And here he is, hanging upside down and tangled in this tree. His hair is caught in a branch somewhere and his necklaces are in his face as he struggles to try and loosen himself from this spot.
There's no way he's going to believe that he's ended up home, or somewhere without Reim. His hand is empty, but so is the air— he doesn't feel any mana, and even if he's not an elf, he can tell that much. No mana, no emotions, no cheap replacement. But the more he tries to convince himself, the more erratic his movements get, and at the point Reim finally steps beneath the tree, Zelos has only gotten himself stuck further.
Someone steps below him, and it takes Zelos another few seconds of attempted swinging and grabbing before his arms drop and dangle down and he blinks a few times in shock.]
Reim? [Relief floods into Zelos' expression as well, and even in this predicament, he laughs. Thank god... Really.] I just wanted to be able to say that it did hurt when I fell from heaven. What do you think? Come on, help me out!
[He reaches down at him, as if that will help anything.]
